Evolve ‘The Game’ Immersive Learning

One of Memcorp’s successful leadership solution is the newly launched game Evolve, which has received an amazing response from the industry.

Memcorp is Asia’s first company to design and launch immersive games for corporates to provide solutions for organizational challenges using Virtual Reality and Gamified simulation.

This particular program EVOLVE – ‘The Game’, is one of our key signature leadership simulation programs, which uses an immersive learning approach.

Evolve is a game that surface counter- productive behaviour and enables ‘next level’ thinking for organizations that want to Evolve.

The game is designed to maximize and increase your IQ and EQ potential, it challenges and helps you discover new traits about yourself.

During the gameplay: facilitator observations, participant reflections and performance of individuals as well as team helps to identify specific areas where more entrenched skill building initiatives may be needed. A range of methodologies are available to follow up the game learnings and reflections for skill building leading them to a final stage of Achievement. This is a unique scenario based leadership development simulation, designed specifically to address challenges dealt by the top management.
